Mr. MacEachern spent the previous years as Controller for multiple companies listed on the TSX and TSX-V exchanges, and was responsible for regulatory compliance, financial statement and tax return preparation, as well as coordination of external audits. Prior to this, Mr. MacEachern spent several years at Ernst & Young leading audits of companies in the technology, mining, and investment industries

Mr. Vestergaard’s responsibilities include strategic planning and coordinating strategic planning, marketing and product development. Mr. Vestergaard has a B.Sc. from UBC. He founded Tronic Software in 1981 and Destiny Software in 1991, both as video game development companies. In 1995, Destiny changed focus to internet technologies, going public in 1999 with streaming video and media security technology.

Subsequently he served as President of DPA Technology, Chairman and CEO of Vivitar Corporation a distributor of various camera and computer peripheral devices and SVP Business Development for GestureTek, a company providing camera enabled gesture recognition software for presentation and entertainment systems
